The Toachi-blanco combo is undoubtedly the best day trip in Ecuador. Flowing off the coastal side of the Andes, these rivers have some of the longest navigable sections of whitewater in the country. Combine this with the sights and sounds of the forest environment we pass through and you are guaranteed a day to remember.

After the challenges and rewards of day 1 we return to our hostería alongside the river - the sound of the water is a constant reminder of our adventure. In the afternoon there`ll be time to hike in the surrounding rainforest or just relax by the pool. In the evening we can relive our experiences as we enjoy a delicious dinner and a few celebratory drinks.
On day 2 we`ll head back to the river for more whitewater action but will also have the chance to catch our breath and take in the splendor of the surroundings.

CLIMBING TOURS:
Reach the top of the world's tallest active volcano. Summiting Cotopaxi (5897 m.a.s.l.) Doesn't require any prior climbing experience, just desire and an average physical condition.
We also offer other climbing options such as Chimborazo (6310 mts), Cayambe (5790 mts.), Altar (5404 mts.), Ilinizas (5263 mts.), And many more. Each one of these climbs offers different challenges, but none should be passed up.

A journey down the río Upano is a very special experience. Rafting the Upano we witness the many moods and changing character of a jungle river.
We set off on a shallow and braided river having to choose a route where the waters divide into numerous channels. The pace steadily increases until the river plunges into the magnificent namangosa gorge. Here we tackle rapids up to class IV amidst virgin rainforest whiling bearing witness to the spectacle of dozens of waterfalls cascading from the lip of the gorge.
Finally, the river broadens and deepens to become a calm but powerful giant on its way to meet the río Amazonas.

COTOPAXI REFUGE:
With this tour you will have the opportunity to visit the ecuadorian central highlands and, of course, the Avenue of Volcanoes where the andean range shows us its greatness! Before midday we will arrive at the Cotopaxi refuge to later take a hike towards the glaciers. This trip doesn't require top physical condition, just the desire to reach a height of 4800 m.
At the end of the day, all your efforts will be rewarded with a delicious lunch typical of the region.

OTAVALO DAY TOUR:
The most popular indian market in Ecuador is without a doubt the one in Otavalo where one can easily find handcrafts from all over the country, such as tapistries, textiles, straw hats, ponchos, sweaters, decorative objects, and much more. The Otavalo market represents ecuadorian folklore, culture, and identity.
The Otavalo market is located 2 hours north of quito. During this trip, our guide will show you other attractions like the towns of Cayambe and Guayllabamba, each of these with its own personality and characteristics. We will also visit some scenic highland lakes such as Cuicocha and San Pablo, all of which are surrounded by a beautiful andean landscape.

CITY TOUR QUITO & TRIP TO THE MIDDLE OF THE WORLD MONUMENT:
Quito is located on the equator so if standing with a foot in each hemisphere sounds appealing to you, this trip is a must. This 5-hour-long trip has two parts. In the first half, you will get a complete look at modern quito as well as the city's historical center which has been declared to be a cultural patrimony to humanity site by "Unesco". Once in the colonial city, you will see the main churches of the XVI, XVII, and XVII centuries. You will also visit the San Francisco museum where you will get a more in-depth look at the Quito school of arts. Later the tour will continue towards the middle of the world monument, where the equatorial line is delineated. Here, a monument which holds a complete ecuadorian ethnography museum awaits you.
